Jason Dupree
One of the three owners of Cypress Title and a practicing attorney specializing in the fields of real estate, business litigation, personal injury litigation and corporate law.
He is married to Sarah and they have two children, Warren and Winston. Jason has a Bachelor’s degree in political science and graduated from LSU Law School in 1996. In 1996, he was inducted into the LSU Law School Hall of Fame.
Johnny McKay
One of three owners of Cypress Title and is a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge. He graduated from LSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1995 and Loyola University School of Law in 1999. He has practiced law in Baton Rouge since 1999 with McKay Law Firm and McKay Title Company. In August 2006 he joined Cypress Title as a real estate closing attorney and specializes primarily in a real estate practice that includes commercial and residential loan closings in addition to a business litigation practice.
He is married to Catharine McKay and they have three children, Jack, James, and Caroline.
Bryan Denison
An owner/attorney with Cypress Title, LLC specializing in real estate matters, successions and wills, corporate formation and acquisitions, and general contractual litigation.
He is married to Rebecca and has 5 children, Drew, Cameron, Maggie, Grace and Will. Bryan graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance and graduated from LSU Law School in the year 2000. He played baseball and basketball for Loyola University. He is also licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
